OSRS Death to the Dorgeshuun Quest Guide

Death to the Dorgeshuun quest is the second quest in the Dorgeshuun quest series. Sigmund returns and attempts to destroy the Dorgeshuun again. The player must stop him.

Item requirements for the Death to the Dorgeshuun

• A light source

• • 2 full ham robe sets (7 pieces per set): It includes Ham hood, Ham shirt, Ham robe, Ham boots, Ham gloves, Ham cloak, and Ham logo. If you are an ironman or you plan to obtain these items yourself, Pickpocket the H.A.M guards in their hideouts as they have a good chance of having any of these items. Make sure to first start the quest since it improves your chances of obtaining the robes. You should not obtain the robes in advance. Normal accounts can buy them directly from the Grand Exchange.

• Magic or melee combat gear

Walkthrough for the Death to the Dorgeshuun

• Bring a light source and enter the Lumbridge basement.
• Fast-travel through the tunnels with Kazgar under Lumbridge Castle until you reach Mistag, then talk to him. Reply 1, 1, 4.  

• Fast-travel back to the Lumbridge basement with Mistag.
• Squeeze through the hole back into the Lumbridge basement, then talk to Zanik in Lumbridge Castle's basement--reply 1.
• Bring a light source and 2 full ham robe sets
• Talk to the Duke on the first floor of Lumbridge Castle.
• Go downstairs and leave the castle through the front door, and go through the entire leaving cutscene.
• Right-click and talk to any man or woman around Lumbridge.

• Talk to the Lumbridge guide.

• Talk to Bob in south Lumbrige.

• Talk to father Aereck in the Lumbridge church.

• Approach the Goblins east of the River Lum, and Zanik will start a conversation with your character.

• Talk to the Lumbridge General Store shopkeeper.

• Talk to Zanik about her head sign. Reply 2, 1 for a cutscene to start.
• Bring: A light source and equip a Full ham robe set.
• Picklock and enter the H.A.M lair west of Lumbridge through the trap door.

• Talk to Johanhus southeast of the base. Reply 4.  

• Go stand to the south of the stage until Zanik talks about the speaker. Don't skip the dialog.
• Go stand next to the rubble south of the stage until Zanik notices it.

• Picklock the trapdoor south of the stage, south of the rubble, and go down it.
• Stand behind the guard and talk to him, so he turns his back to Zanik. Zanik will attack and kill him if done properly.

• Go through the nearby crack, then out the other side as shown with the blue line below. Wait till the north guard is walking away as shown below before squeezing through the second crack. Talk to the second guard to turn them around so Zanik can kill them.

• Wait till the third guard walks away as shown below, then reply 1 to Zanik to kill him.

• Stand near the next guard, then tell Zanik to wait there.

• Run east then south to lure the guard past Zanik.
• Stand in the northeast, just out of sight of the last guard, and tell Zanik to wait there.

• Approach the final guard from the west so Zanik can kill them
• Listen to the large door for a cutscene.

• Picklock the door to escape.

• Run northwest, and climb up the ladder to leave the H.A.M hideout.

• Bring the following items: 1 x A light source, 1 x Tinderbox, 1 x Any pickaxe
• Inspect Zanik outside the H.A.M. base.

• Take Zanik to Juna in the Lumbridge Swamp. You can teleport directly there using the Games necklace if you have complete the Tears of Guthix.

Getting to Juna

• Enter the Lumbridge basement, Squeeze through the hole, then use your pickaxe on the rocks south.

• Squeeze through the hole and continue south to enter a tunnel. You have to jump across a small river with stepping stones. If you fail, your light source will be extinguished, and you will have to light it again by using a tinderbox on it.

• Continue east to get to Juna. Reply 1.

• Collect 20 tears of Guthix. Only collect from the blue weeping wall to fill the bowl. After a few seconds, the blue weeping walls will turn green, so you will have to move.

• Talk to Zanik about what happened to her.

Foiling H.A.M

• Bring the following items: Full H.A.M. robe set (7 pieces, equipped), Magic or melee combat gear: Use magic so you can safespot the guards and melee for Sigmund since he is resistant to magic attacks.
• Teleport to Lumbridge.
• Talk to Zanik in the Lumbridge Basement. Reply 1.
• Search a crate south of the farm, east of Lumbridge. Reply 1, 1. Ensure both hands are free. If Zanik isn't appearing, call her using the 'Call follower' button in the 'Worn equipment' tab (whistle icon).

• When you pick up the crate, enter the trapdoor outside the farm.

• Kill the guards to the west.
• Use the crate below to safespot the guards

• Defeat Sigmund (use magic or melee to hurt him). Melee is the best option.
• Destroy the drilling machine.
• Leave the area via the exit to the south to finish the quest.
